The accommodation was new, modern, and conveniently located near Hamburg’s Central Station, making it easy to access public transportation. Room and all common areas were spotlessly clean.

Lovely staff, quirky, well decorated hotel. Rooms very clean and the bathroom was lovely. Location was great as very close to the train station. The rooftop bar was very cool too! We loved the breakfast area.

I liked the location, the staff, food was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect only a 10 minute walk to the shopping district and 20 minutes from the train station.

Stunning location and views. F&B team was very friendly and welcoming - both at BLICK bar in the evening and at Fang&Feld during breakfast. Special thanks to Nadar (hoping we remember the name correctly) who was very supportive during our departure. Room was clean and had a great view.

The hotel is perfectly located. Right next to the city center, metro stop is just around the corner. The rooms are big and clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with various types of food.

It was a spot on location for getting to and from the key parts of Hamburg. Train station across the road, literally. Central to all the Christmas markets and there was even one on the doorstep. The hotel was spotless, rooms were a good size. Nice and organised hotel. Bar was great, little pots of nuts provided without asking and the food was good too. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Make sure you sign up for the M Rewards to access the tinternet as you get 10€ off a bar or restaurant bill on check out when you show the voucher in your emails. Couldn't fault a thing and will definitely stay again when travelling to Hamburg for business or leisure.

Modern and stylish with a very comfortable room (superior classic) and an excellent breakfast. Lovely central location in this very walkable city. We were grateful for the special attention we received as our visit was a birthday celebration. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants etc. Free snacks and soft drinks to take away from the lobby was a nice touch for our journey home.

Location is lovely, excellent view over the river. Very good Public transport links across river. Underground access provided safe access to wellness area. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Location of hotel is perfect! We especially loved spending time on the outside terrace overlooking the Elbchausse River and laden with graceful trees which came alight at night. Most awesome views!

Such a lovely place to stay outside the hussle and bustle of Hamburg. Our room had a wonderful view of the Elber - Otis Redding could have been describing the place when he wrote "Dock of the Bay".

Our room was beautiful, with amazing sound-proofing - We didn’t hear any planes! The beds were lovely and comfortable, with silky-soft sheets. The stylish bathroom had both shower and bath options, so it was nice to have a long soak after a busy day.

Breakfast was great. The waiter (Silva from Peru) was outstanding.

Probably the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced! And I've enjoyed many in my life! The room overlooked the Alster and was most comfortable with coffee making facilities and minibar.

The location is perfect, just beside Planten un Blomen (beautiful park) and to a train station so it is very easy to move around. It is easy to reach some touristic areas from the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was always very helpful.
